Job Description
The candidate will lead sales efforts, acquire new customers, and ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales through field visits and customer meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Guide and support the sales team to improve performance.
- Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of sales leads.
- Maintain sales reports and performance tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Sales / Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with field work and target-driven environment.
