Job Description

Responsible for managing relationships with agency advisors and supporting them to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with agency advisors
  •  Assist advisors in lead generation and closures
  • Conduct field visits and customer follow-ups
  •  Monitor advisor performance
  •  Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  •  Minimum 1+ year field sales experience
  •  Willing to travel locally
