Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and customer handling.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Explain company products or services to clients.
  • Generate leads through calls, meetings, and field visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the team and manager for sales planning.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation in any stream (preferred).
  • Salary : 2.00 to 3.15 LPA
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales process.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales (if required).
