Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field sales, lead generation, and business expansion activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references.
  • Meet potential clients and present company products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospects and close business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation and client-handling abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.

Salary

  • 3.00 LPA to 3.45 LPA+ Incentives + Allowances.
