Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Area Head who will be responsible for managing field sales activities, guiding the sales team, and achieving business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support the field sales team
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Visit clients and promote company products/services
- Generate new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Conduct market visits and understand customer needs
- Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in field sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to travel for field work
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Salary: ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
