We are looking for a Insurance Manager who will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve business targets. The candidate will support team members, monitor performance, and help increase sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Support team members in achieving sales targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance
- Motivate and guide the team for better results
- Help generate new business opportunities
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Prepare and submit team performance reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in sales or field sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
