Job Description:
Banca Sales Officer manages partnerships with bank branches to drive insurance sales, train bank staff, and achieve business targets through cross-selling and upselling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with bank staff and act as a liaison.
  • Drive insurance sales and meet business goals.
  • Train bank staff in insurance products and sales techniques.
  • Assist in customer meetings to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors’ Degree mandatorily.
  • At least 1+ years experience in banking sales & marketing.
  • 3+ years in residential or native.
  • Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
