Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving targets, and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI / Field Sales
