Job Description

We are hiring a target-driven Field Sales Manager to lead field sales activities, manage a team, and drive business growth through direct customer interaction and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Monitor team performance and provide training & support
  • Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be comfortable with field work
  • Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
