Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit potential advisors and build a productive sales team
• Drive revenue growth by achieving individual & team targets
• Support team in client meetings and business conversion
• Train team members on products, sales strategies & market trends
• Track daily performance and ensure goal alignment
• Strengthen distribution network and expand customer base

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales / Insurance / BFSI
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Strong leadership, convincing and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
