Job Summary
Hiring a Relationship Manager to manage advisor relationships, drive business performance, and ensure customer acquisition through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support a team of advisors
• Generate leads and convert them into business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct meetings and sales presentations
• Provide continuous training and motivation to advisors
• Ensure excellent customer service experience
• Track and report sales activities

Required Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any stream
• 2+ years in sales / marketing
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork
• Strong relationship management ability
