Job Description

Dynamic Sales & Marketing professional needed to drive growth through open market sourcing, client relationship building, and team development.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and acquire new customers through open market activities
  • Build and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Train, motivate, and guide the team to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team-handling ability
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Local market knowledge is an added advantage
