Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a sales team, drive business growth, and achieve targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
  • Drive team performance to achieve sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
