Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market activities
  • Acquire new customers and drive business growth
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Promote financial and insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide on-ground support and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Graduation preferred
  • Must be comfortable with field work
  • Local candidates preferred
