Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Marketing Officer who can find new customers, talk to them about our products/services, and help increase sales. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, onboard and train a sales team.
  • Find new customers and generate leads 
  • Explain products or services to customers 
  • Achieve monthly sales targets 
  • Maintain good relationships with customers 
  • Follow up with customers regularly 
  • Prepare basic sales reports 

Qualification & Experience:   

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.    
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.    
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.    
  • Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.    
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
