Job Summary:
We are hiring an Area Business Manager to lead and grow the Agency Channel by developing a strong advisor network and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of advisors
  • Develop business strategies to expand market reach
  • Drive sales through field activities and advisor engagement
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
  • Support advisors in client acquisition and closure
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets

Required Candidate Profile:
✔ Graduate (Mandatory)
✔ 2–5 years of sales experience
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Good communication and negotiation ability
✔ Ready for field work
