Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven professional for the position of Sales Development Manager.
Job Role
- Generate business through field sales activities
- Recruit and manage a team for business development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings and market visits regularly
- Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates
