Job Description

As an Associate Agency Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong advisor network, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
  • Train advisors on products and sales strategies
  • Generate business through advisor activation
  • Support advisors during customer interactions
  • Build strong relationships with customers and advisors
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Ensure policy issuance and customer service support

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience in field sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
