We are looking for a result-oriented professional to build and manage a team of advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop insurance advisors
  • Train and mentor advisors on sales strategies
  • Generate business through advisor activation
  • Support advisors in customer acquisition
  • Conduct field activities and sales meetings
  • Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and advisors

Eligibility:

  • Graduation Mandatory
  • 2+ Years of Field Sales Experience
  • Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
