Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
  • Train and mentor advisors on products and sales
  • Generate business through advisor activation
  • Conduct joint field visits
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term customer relationships

Eligibility:
