Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to achieve sales targets while supporting team growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop insurance agents
  • Motivate and support agents to generate business
  • Help the team achieve monthly sales targets
  • Provide meetings and training for agents
  • Build good relationships with customers and advisors
  • Manage daily sales activities and performance
  • Support agents in closing sales and handling client queries

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Leadership and team coordination ability
  • 2+ years Field sales experience is required
  • Candidate must be local
