Job Description

Responsible for managing branch sales, achieving business targets, developing the sales team, and increasing customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales advisors/agents.
  •  Generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
  •  Monitor team performance and sales activities.
  •  Conduct meetings and motivate the sales team.
  •  Develop new business opportunities in the local market.
  •  Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.

Requirements:

  •  Graduation
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably Life Insurance.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and good team management skills.
  • Local market knowledge preferred.
