Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team, achieve business targets, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team.
  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Conduct field visits and meet potential clients.
  • Train and guide team members.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in sales + 1 year of BFSI.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.
