Position: Sales Development Manager
Channel: Agency Channel
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Field Sales
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Location: Candidates must be local

Job Role

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with agents.
  • Guide and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new business through the agency channel.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with agents.
  • Support agents in achieving their monthly targets.
  • Develop business in the assigned local area.
