Job Description

We are seeking an Agency Development Manager to recruit, train, and manage agents while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new agents.
  • Develop and maintain strong agency relationships.
  • Train and motivate agents to improve performance.
  • Drive sales through the agency network.
  • Monitor targets, performance, and market opportunities.

Eligibility:
