Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead sales activities, develop new customers, and achieve business targets through direct selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Generate leads and build strong customer relationships.
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
