Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Head to drive revenue growth, lead sales operations, and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team.
  • Identify new markets and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Track sales performance and implement improvement plans.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
