Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Manager to generate new business, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads.
  • Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Track sales activities and achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
