Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, and support the sales team in generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
  • Follow up with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • 2 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
