Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • Identify and recruit talented individuals (Financial Consultant, Advisors) with a passion for sales to join your team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development on Max Life Insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Set clear sales targets for your team and provide guidance and support to ensure achievement.
  • Ensure your advisors prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional service, providing the right financial solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
 
Key Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to Build a high performing team
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions
  • Self-motivated with good follow-up and relationship-building skills

If your profile is selected, you will need to undergo approximately 7 days of training in Pune. All training-related expenses will be covered by the company.
