Job Description

We are looking for an Outside Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve business targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Manage and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
