Job Description

We are looking for a Team Sales Manager to manage sales activities within an assigned territory, develop customer relationships, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new customers and generate business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute field sales activities.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Eligibility:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
