Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Agency Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop agency channels, and build strong relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage agency partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and manage business relationships.
