We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Advisor Recruitment Manager to lead efforts in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality financial advisors (or sales advisors). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and sales, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive advisor acquisition and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified advisors.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing advisors to ensure engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and performance ramp-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor recruitment activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in outside or field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license .
- Must be local candidate.
