Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across the assigned territory, strengthen market presence, and lead sales activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations and performance within the assigned area.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Target-driven with good market knowledge.
  • Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
