Job Description

We are hiring an Agency Development Executive to strengthen and grow our agency distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new advisors
• Train advisors on products and sales
• Generate business through advisors
• Conduct regular field visits
• Ensure target achievement

Required Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Sales experience preferred
• Good communication skills
