Job Description
Role: Agency Development Manager
Objective: Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company’s growth. One of a firm’s most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.
Key Responsibilities :
โข Establish objectives and make plans for increasing revenue and business.
โข Conduct market research and put strategies into action to reach new markets.
โข Find possible customers in such markets.
โข Leads should be followed up with and assisted during the sales process.
โข Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
โข An advanced degree or its equivalent.
โข Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
โข Age range: 21โ38 years old.
โข Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
โข Outstanding ability to communicate.
