Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Davangere. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents/advisors to build a strong sales team.
• Motivate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance agent performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions with agents.
• Ensure agents adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Travel within Davangere and surrounding areas to meet agents and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance, lead generation, and customer data.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI (insurance, banking, or financial services).
• Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in recruiting and managing agents/advisors.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Davangere.
• Experience in life insurance, general insurance, or mutual funds sales.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
