Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and grow our insurance agency network in India. You will be responsible for exploring new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of agents to drive growth and performance.

Responsibilities:
Create and implement strategies to expand the agency network.
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Analyze market trends and sales performance to enhance results.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience managing sales teams in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and the market in India.
Previous fieldwork experience is essential.
