Job Description

We are hiring an Agency Partner Manager to build and manage a high-performing advisor network and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
  • Build strong relationships with advisors
  • Drive sales through agency channel
  • Support advisors in closing deals
  • Monitor and improve team productivity

Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory
  • 2+ years in sales/agency channel
  • Strong leadership skills
