Job Description

Position : Agency Recruitment and Development Manager
Channel : Agency
Eligibility

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Local candidates preferred/required
  • Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Field Sales, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, or similar sales roles can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new insurance agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
  • Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve business targets.
  • Generate new business through the agency network.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and agent performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with agents
