Job Description

Job Overview:

The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard sales agents
  • Train and support agents to improve performance
  • Drive sales through the agency channel
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
  • Monitor agent performance and prepare reports

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
