Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Agency Sales Manager  to drive business growth through advisor networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new advisors
• Guide advisors for lead generation
• Drive sales through agency channel
• Assist in customer meetings and closures
• Maintain performance reports

Required Candidate Profile:
• Graduation mandatory
• 2+ years in sales
• Good communication skills
