Job Description
We are looking for a Area Head who will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve business targets. The candidate will support team members, monitor performance, and help increase sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team

- Monitor daily sales activities and performance

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in sales or field sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
