Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Head to manage sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned area
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the market
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation completed
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
