Job Description
We are looking for a Area Manager to handle sales operations in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and building strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned area
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Recruit, train, and manage sales team members
- Generate leads and convert them into business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Key Requirements:
- Graduation any Field
- 2–6 years of experience in sales/field sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle a team and achieve targets
- Good knowledge of the local market
Salary Package:
- ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.15 LPA
