Job Title: Area Sales Executive
Job Overview
The Area Sales Executive (ASE) is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographic area by supporting and managing a network of agency partners and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products through the agency channel.
- Provide regular support, training, and guidance to agents to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and key clients to drive business retention and growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans for the assigned area in alignment with the company’s objectives.
Desired candidate profile
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
- Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
