Job Description

We are hiring a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive business growth through the Agency Channel by managing advisors, expanding the agency network, and achieving sales targets.

  • Expand agency distribution network in assigned territory
  • Recruit and develop agency advisors
  • Conduct market visits and support team sales activities
  •  Achieve volume and revenue targets

Required Candidate profile

  • Any Graduate (mandatory)
  • 2 +years’ experience in any field Sales
  • Good negotiation and relationship skills
