Qualifications and Experience:

- 3-9 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in insurance.
- Proven record of hitting sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to use data to formulate growth strategies.
