Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive business through the Agency Channel by building a strong advisor network and delivering consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand agency distribution in the assigned region
  • Recruit, train, and motivate advisors
  • Support advisors in lead generation and closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel
